Deputy Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah, on Thursday, 29 - 08 - 2019, called on families of persons negatively affected by external labor recruitment, to utilize financial resources from the Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies, to cater for repatriation, treatment and any other related issues. He also made a ruling on a motion moved by Hon. Wilfred Niwagaba saying it did not contradict Article 93 of the Constitution or Rule 123 of the Rules of Procedure, thus giving the MP a go-ahead to present the motion before Parliament.
