Summary

In the plenary sessions held on Tuesday 06 and Wednesday 07 November, and Thursday 08 December 2022, Parliament passed a motion that could see the Minister of State for Housing, Hon. Persis Namuganza censured for derogatory remarks and disrespectful conduct. Legislators also urged Government to carry out extensive restructuring and pay reforms in the Ministry of Public Service in a bid to streamline salaries of public servants.
