During a plenary sitting on Tuesday, 12 February 2019, Members of Parliament raised concern on statements made by the State Minister for Tourism Hon. Godfrey Kiwanda, suggesting that curvaceous Ugandan women could be used to promote tourism in Uganda. Hon.
