Summary

In the plenary sessions held on Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 November 2022, Members of Parliament demanded a statement from government on the sporadic attacks on different Police stations across the country. Parliament also paid tribute to the late Dr Paul Kawanga Ssemogerere, a veteran politician, praising him for his unencumbered service and advocacy for democracy in the country The House approved a request for government to borrow up to Usd331.5 million from the International Development Association of the World Bank Group, to finance the Electricity Access Scale-up Project.
