Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga says Parliament of Uganda is on track with recommendations from the 25th Conference of Speakers and Presiding Officers of the Commonwealth (CSPOC), which include among others live broadcasts of plenary sessions, interaction with the public/constituents. She says it is essential to improve public relations and receive feedback from all Ugandans, and thus a mobile application is in the offing, to facilitate that.
