During plenary sitting on Wednesday, 13 November 2019, Speaker Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga and MPs tasked the Education Ministry to explain why some schools across the country had declined to allow some students to sit for UACE exams due to inability to complete school fees. State Minister for Sports Hon. Charles Bakkabulindi committed himself to engage officials from the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) to find out why the Government directive to allow students sit exams and complete fees later, was not being implemented.
