Summary

Members of Parliament have expressed concern over cars that are in a dangerous mechanical condition (DMC) which have caused a lot of road carnage and want Government intervention on the matter. Speaker Rebecca Kadaga, while chairing plenary on Wednesday, 19 February 2020 observed many people had lost lives and property owing to such vehicles on the road, and tasked Government to find a lasting solution to ‘DMCs’.
